That passion is spreading throughout the Harima region, from rural satoyama to city gardens, as hop cultivation grows year by year.
On this one-day tour, you’ll visit a small, colorful village in western Himeji while hearing stories about “Beer Made with Harima-Grown Hops.”
At Zappa Village, you’ll try your hand at making malt pizza, kneading in malt from the beer making process.
Once the pizza is baked, enjoy it together with the beer brewed from hops grown in the village perfect for lunch and a toast!
