This e-bike tour offers a comfortable and immersive way to explore the historic castle town surrounding Himeji Castle. Ride through quiet backstreets and residential areas that are often missed by visitors, and experience the everyday life and culture of the local community.
Along the way, you will visit cultural highlights such as Okiku Shrine, cycle along the historic Saigoku Kaido that once thrived during the Edo period, and explore the charming streets of the Senba district. You will also stop at unique hidden spots and traditional local shops that reflect the character of the area.
For those who wish, there is an optional stop where you can climb approximately 200 steps to reach a scenic viewpoint overlooking Himeji Castle. While it requires a bit of effort, the view from the top is truly rewarding and memorable. You will also cycle around the area near Himeji Castle and Kokoen Garden, enjoying the beautiful scenery from the outside.

| Participant requirements. | Participants must be able to ride a bicycle confidently. Minimum height requirement is 151 cm due to e-bike size. Participants must be 13 years or older (minors must be accompanied by an adult). Participants should be in good physical condition and comfortable with moderate physical activity. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not suitable for individuals with serious medical conditions or mobility limitations. This tour is not wheelchair accessible. Participants under the influence of alcohol are not permitted. |
