monitor tour

Thank you to everyone who joined our monitor tour!
We are happy to share that the tour was a great success. All participants enjoyed a relaxing time along with a fun and interactive pizza-making experience.
For this special activity, we used fresh local ingredients, including bamboo shoots from Oichi. Each participant created their own unique pizza with original toppings. The dough was made using malt from the beer brewing process, supporting a sustainable (SDGs-friendly) approach while adding a rich aroma and depth of flavor.
The pizza dough required two fermentation stages. During the first fermentation, participants explored Zappa Village and enjoyed a guided tour. Time flew by, and during the second fermentation, everyone prepared their toppings together, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
Once the pizzas were ready, adult participants enjoyed them with craft beer (soft drinks were provided for minors), along with some special souvenirs.
Afterward, the group traveled about 30 minutes by car to a local craft brewery. There, participants toured the facility and sampled seven different types of beer. Many found their favorite and enjoyed additional drinks (optional), as well as beer souvenirs, before heading back to Himeji Station.
It was truly a memorable day filled with great food, hands-on experiences, and wonderful connections.
Thank you again for joining us!
